Substitute for FSNavigator?

The old FSNavigator 4.7 will not be upgraded for FSX. Have a look at their websight http://www.fsnavigator.com/
As you can see they will make a complete rebuild of FSNav and therefore not a free upgrade for us who already have the old version.
In that case I will have to by the new FSNav 5.0 or does anyone of you guys have any suggestions of other navigators like FSNav. Since it anyway will force me to buy a new navigator for FSX.
