Windows 10
Windows 10
I just updated my iMac (using Windows under Bootcamp) to Windows 10. So far, I haven't found a problem with aircraft, ASN, or other FSX additions. I have yet to try a flight with FSFK. I hope to do that within the next few days. I have noticed that frame rate took a slight hit. I still get from 24 fps to 50 fps (depending on the weather). If anyone has had a problem, please let me know.

Re: Windows 10
I have also updated ASN to ASN16 without a problem. I have only flown PMDG aircraft, so I am not sure about others (like my iFly aircraft).

After a long time on windows 7, my system crashed, bad time, now on 10, but can NOT print out a Flight plan from FS. Have not gotten as far as FSFK yet. One thing at a time<G>.

I Googled this issue and found two possible solutions.Dixie-2 wrote:After a long time on windows 7, my system crashed, bad time, now on 10, but can NOT print out a Flight plan from FS. Have not gotten as far as FSFK yet. One thing at a time<G>.

#1: Be sure the NAV log window has focus (just click in it), then type: Ctrl - P. After 2 seconds, the print dialog should open.
#2: FSX uses a browser code to print its NAV logs and as it is a Microsoft product, they use Internet Explorer.
Navigate to the Control Panel on your computer and select Default Programs. Once here, change your default web browser to be Internet Explorer (it may currently be Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox). Once this is completed, you should be able to print your NAV log.
Good luck!
