What do you use now as your primary flight sim for your SAX flights?

FS9 although I have FSX I'm just loathe to re purchase all my payware items for FSX.

Yes, I too upgraded to FSX when I built my new PC with Window 7 64-bit about a year ago. SimMarket has many sales of airport add-ons, and that's the route I took when I went with FSX.

I had always used FSX, but for a while went back to FS9 when on my 3yo I5,2.4 laptop machine it ran really smooth..

I said to Dave I'm not gonna reinstall FSX, I take that back, I did..

The reason is I can't have this flat horizon anymore (especially when cruising at FL420) nor sun popin out suddenly at dawn (hey guys here I am

) or vanishing suddenly at dusk (alright I'm off bye

) with stutter transitions in between in FS9, this along other reasons...

I just need to upgrade to proper dedicated FSX I7 tower, but for now it is just I5 laptop.

So my vote is FSX.

FSX 11 73%
FS9 4 27%
