Dave, yes, we're having POC problems receiving FSACARS logs. We're working it. Meanwhile, please continue to file manually. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Re: Error message: Database error! What's the Real Error?

Postby David Vega » Tue Jun 23, 2009 12:49 pm

In the FSACARS folder on your computer, there's a file named sendlogreport.html. Please include the contents of this file when submitting an FSACARS error.

When there's an error sending an FSACARS flight report to the POC, the POC tells FSACARS there was an error, and also sends the actual reason for the error. FSACARS only tells you "...database error" but stores the actual POC error message in sendlogreport.html. You can open this file with any browser and copy/paste the contents with your forum postings or emails.

Thank you and happy flying.
