Peter,
Sorry. There's a tool that may be helpful. See here, but let me caveat that with saying that we are not endorsing that tool nor provide support. I don't really know if it would work.

Re: Repaints for Prepar3D PMDG Aircraft
Peter, I don't have P3D, perhaps someone with it will be able to help. The only difference I see is that it's PMDG. Wonder if they somehow changed how the liveries are installed in P3D for their aircraft. In FSX one should have a texture.[livery name] folder for each livery and a section in the airc...

New B737 Flights to Cuba
Fellow Captains, We have added 12 new B737 flights to/from three airports in Cuba: Havana, Varadero, and Santiago de Cuba. Flights are from Tampa, Atlanta, Washington Dulles and New York Kennedy. Figure that with some real world airlines now flying to Cuba, it was our turn in the virtual world. Will...

Re: FSX under Windows 10
Peter,
I'm still on Windows 7, but have read of many simmers that use Windows 10 with little to no problems. Most reported issue is with device drivers. If you're hesitant, upgrade. You can always revert back to Windows 7 automatically.

Re: PMDG 737-800 Advice
I do use ATC, but I use an add on called Radar Contact. It's a bit more realistic than the built-in ATC simulation. Radar Contact is still not like in real life. For example, in the USA one can include a SID or STAR in the planned route of flight and ATC may still vector you (in Europe, ATC assigns ...

104 New DH8D Flights Added
We just added 104 new DH8D flights from several cities along the US West coast: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, and Seattle. So, if you enjoy the Dash 8, get flying. There is very good scenery, both payware and freeware for the destinations. Feel free to share your comments here. Dave sax702

Re: PMDG 737-800 Advice
Hey Matt, I'm sure others will join in with better replies, but here's mine. Good on you getting the PMDG 737. It's a remarkable simulation. Some call it a study-level simulation where you can go as far in depth as you want in learning the B737-800. I do use the flight management computer (FMC) for ...

It seems the newest Nvidia drivers (v364.72) are again creating problems for some. See here.

Re: FSX Unexpectly Crashes to Desktop
It shouldn't be activating IE, or running any other problem, unless you have too many programs running simultaneously and the computer just runs out of available memory. Perhaps reinstalling FSUIPC was it. Glad it's working.

Re: FSX Unexpectly Crashes to Desktop
Is the freezing happening when turning on final at more than one airport? Though we shouldn't rule out anything, it's unlikely the frame rate would be the cause. This only because I haven't heard of anybody complain about freezing problems caused by either unlimited or limited frame rates. Does the ...

Re: Questionable arrival
Thanks Jim for bringing this up. Something must have definitively changed on the route we had on file. It's typical that routes do change from time to tme, especially in Europe. We've updated the route for ENBR-ENSB and its return flight. These new routes are current and validated with Euro Control....
