Re: PMDG B737

I recently purchased MSFS 2020 40th Anniversary Edition and the new PMDG 737-800. To maintain a clean install, like I did with FSX, I purchased a WD-Black SN850X NVMe SSD since I did have that available slot. The graphics are very impressive and my first test flight with the PMDG was flawless. Some ...

Sounds good to me. I enjoyed our group flights in the past using Teamspeak. Not that familiar with VATSIM, but an hour+ on a Sunday would be great!

Re: Poll: Preferred Flight Sim for Your SAX Flights

Hi Dave, Lots of airport purchases from FlyTampa, FSDreamteam, Flightbeam TropicalSim, Taxi2Gate, AeroSoft and more. Exclusively use PMDG aircraft B738 and B777 with ActiveSky 2016 and RZCA V2. Until we get something like FSFK for MSFS2020, I'll be happy to stick with FSX. On the other hand, when th...

Re: A Video Review of FS2020

I've been following FS2020 and I'm reading some real problems with the download. More specifically their "client" download is part MS and part something else (don't remember). Tons and tons of data and graphical information considering they've incorporated the whole "earth". IMHO...

Re: Poll: Preferred Flight Sim for Your SAX Flights

Hello SunAir Captains, In response to Dave Blake's question, I still fly FSX and have too many scenery add-ons to mention (FlyTampa: FSDreamTeam, Taxi2Gate, LatinVFR, FlightBeam and SunSkyJet). I use ActiveSky16 for FSX for my weather. Aircraft include, PMDG 738 and 777, Aerosoft CRJ-700 and Airbus ...

Love the livery on the Q400, Dave! All the liveries look great, and bringing a new prop airliner would be great too! Excellent job as always.

The GOLDEN days of B747 aviation

Before the "crowded" skies when the Boeing 747 was the "THE QUEEN OF THE SKIES". Capt. Hutin should love this!

Re: What Is Your Preferred Flight Sim for SAX Flights?

Yes, I too upgraded to FSX when I built my new PC with Window 7 64-bit about a year ago. SimMarket has many sales of airport add-ons, and that's the route I took when I went with FSX.
